Many people ask why black people can jump higher than white men. The truth is that the color of your skin does not influence your ability to jump. Plyometrics are very intense and you should not perform them when extremely overweight or out of shape. Make sure that you build up strength in yours legs before starting any plyometric training program. It is suggested that you be able to squat your weight 8 times in 8 seconds before starting plyos.
